So HS has started school at Smallvile High. Once again he is on the football team. As for me, Mom says Son Gohan will continue to tutor me. When I complained She said that Gohan was a good teacher and that if the Corru showed up I would be protected. She was fiddleing around in her new suit. Dad came in his SHIELD uniform and saw Mom.

I watch Dad walk over behind her and slide a hand up her stocking under her skirt.

"HELLO! I AM IN THE ROOM!" I scream.. Dad jumped he clearly hadn't seen me. "Dad why can't I go to school with HS?" He looked at Mom and she folded her arms at her...

"Because Your Mom says and I agree," He kissed her and grabbed his laptop, "Besides, Gohan is tutoring you while he is at the University, in between his classes. Not every teen can say they went to Colledge for highschool. "

Dad came over and kissed me on the forehead. I watched him and Mom leave Dad has trained zombie from tackling him like that cartoon character named Dino...

Dad flew to work and Mom took her car.... HS finally came down the stairs... "Ready? I will drop you off at Gohan's house."

"Great, I get to go to his house so we can go to his job and he can tutor me while teaching a bunch of ..." I was rambling while grabbing my book satchel

"Mom still won't let you go to public school?" He asked...

I shook my head. It isn't fair, I mean Vella and Vincent are going to Xavier's school. Kon and HS goes to Smallville High....

As we were walking out to HS car he lit up a cigarette, I think Laura got him started. "Dad catches you there is going to be hell to pay." I warned him

"Pft, Dad won't catch me." HS says

Just then he stops in his tracks... I was tossing a gum ball up in the air when he did.

"Hi Justice mind if we hang out?" Shiara said walking up...

"I wish I could but I have to go to school." I say... I look around, "Where is Galen?"

"He wanted to be alone. We had a run in with Sky." Shiara said quietly. She looked worried...

HS cleared his throat...

I rolled my eyes, "I know time for school." He then nodded at Shiara... I rolled my eyes again...

"Shiara you remember my brother." I looked at him, "This is my friend Shiara remember."

"Nice to meet you, um need a lift?" He asked her

"I don't go to school, but thanks." Shiara smiled at him Just then I heard another throat clear. It was Dad. He flew right behind HS. Can you say Busted. He and Dad went in the house while I and Shiara talked.

"Can we hang out after school?" I inquired

"If Galen doesn't call me." She said as she magically faded away...

HS came out and got in his car. During the ride he kept asking me all sorts of questions about Shiara.

I rode with Gohan to the University, He gave me my assignments and then began teaching class.
After he brought me home. "Son Gohan, Didn't you go to High School? "

He looked at me...

so I continued, "Don't you think I should?" He said nothing just drove.

At home He and Mom talked about how the family was and then when Dad walked in they all went into the study and were talking.... What could they be talking about? about my grades? but why they are great (straight A's)...

My brother came home early and I knew why... No it wasn't because he was grounded, he would have still hung out with Kon. It was because he was hoping Shiara would be here.

Because I pretty much just sat here listening to the cloaked man and Shiara speak...

After going to Shiara's house he showed up... Then He and her talked...... A LOT...

I sat patiently listening because I was curious about my new friend Shiara but this cloaked man was doing all the asking and no answering...

I finally spoke up again....

I cleared my throat, "still here still being ignored. and did you miss that she called you the nameless one. Hint Hint"

He smirked, "I am called Galen."

Then he walked over to me and fold his arms, "and you do not belong in this time."

I stood to face him, "Hold up just one damn minute, You asked a lot of question now its our turn!"

He just smiled, "I believe that is my cue."

In a flash I was back in Crime Alley with Ker and Norn.... He didn't even let me say good-bye to Shiara and Granny's device was shot. She is going to be mad.

"Justice Angelica Briefs! Do you know how worried your mother and I have been!" I turned to see Dad there with a whole lot of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.

I am in serious trouble... After sitting and hearing a long lecture by Dad and mom... They did this tag team thing when one got tired the other took over...

Afterwards they asked me about what I found out... What could I say, "Just someone who is curious. I don't really know."

"In trouble again squirt?" HS said when I went to my room... "Don't call me squirt." I yelled

"Fine then I won't warn you that Grandpa is taking you to the dentist, he took me earlier." He told me...


"Figures." I mumble...

A few minutes later Grandpa was there. As I was coming down the stairs the door bell rang. It was Shiara...

"Dad, Mom, Grandpa this is my new friend Shiara. " As I was introducing them Hotstuff came bouncing down and then stood there staring at Shiara...

I rolled my eyes, "that is my but head brother, Hotstuff."

He was acting all macho and Grandpa said something to dad about getting HS fixed....
He then grabbed my hand and started to drag me out the door, "Dentist time."

"Can Shiara come?" I ask

"Does she need to go to?" He humphed

"please." I asked

"Whatever lets just go." he grumbled...

I looked at Shiara, "He is grouchy sometimes but you get use to it."

She nodded. I smiled, "I thought I wasn't going to get to say good-bye when Galen teleported me here."

"Me too but He and I talked some more and I am going to serve now as his Familiar. He said we could hang out." She told me

"Cool, he is cute. Does he have a girl friend?" I asked

She just shrugged, "Don't know yet but if I did I couldn't say. Your brother is cute."

"OH GOD no he isn't." I said... While we were waiting Vella showed up and I introduced her to Shiara.

Grandpa started mumbling "Why me, why 3 teen age girls"

I smiled, "Actually Shiara is 2392 years old she was born 125 B.C. Her species lives 1200 years then reverts back to about 12 years old."

"That is so cool" Vella said and then looked confused, "But if you are 2392 years old and was born in 125 B.C. "

Shiara and I laughed then Shiara smiled, "I come from the 23rd century, 2267 to be exact."

"So your first life cycle you live 1200 years then go through a process when you are I guess reborn like a phenix" Vella asked

"Yeah sort of. Only we aren't reborn we merely revert back to 12 years old and start all over. Then after 1188 years we do it again and again and again. I am in my 3rd life cycle" Shiara explained...

"Do you remember everything?" I asked

"No, when we revert some memories are lost some are carried over. We cant control which ones and of those that are carried over most are like feelings of Deja Vu. Sometimes we see those memories in vivid dreams." She says

"That would be weird." Vella and I both said and then I giggled to Vella, "and she is a shape shifter like me."

After the Dentist we went to Granny's and in Vella's room we listened to music looked at magazines and talked about guys... Vella and I couldn't believe Shiara still thought HS was cute and teased her all day...

Granny came in later I thought she was about to yell at me but she didn't mention her broken device only asked if we wanted to have a slumber party... Vella and I yelled yeah and Shiara just shyly shook her head...

We ordered Pizza and Grandpa was grumbling and humphing about us. Then Shiara's necklace started to glow and we heard Galen's voice, "Shiara, come to me."

She waved and told Vella and me good bye. Then she told Granny and Grandpa thanks for having her then like magic she disappeared...

I looked at Vella with a smile, "aw to bad I was going to see if she wanted to have a pillow fight."

then I threw a pillow at Vella...

Later that night I looked up at the sky. I think I have found me a really cool new friend..

I am on my own... journal entry for: Tuesday, August 21, 2007 today's crossovers:

No one seems to believe me about the Mysterious man I saw... Hot Stuff just shrugged, "What ever.." He then left to find Grandpa Vegeta. Most likely for more training... Dad and Grandma Bulma both have been busy with helping Grandpa Vegeta.

Mom is working with BW and Warbird at S.H.I.E.L.D. to find out more about TX. They have very little on the death machine mutant but Mom still wants to search the files they have...

Normally Mom would just ask to use Dad's office computer, she always uses Dad's connection's with S.H.I.E.L.D. and he never says no to her. Mom doesn't like working with Fury or the other S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, she doesn't trust them. However this time Mom can't go in to do her homework without anyone but Dad knowing because Dad is too busy... Hmmm this means his office will be empty.... Which is perfect since finding this Mystery Man is up to me alone... Well, with the help of my faithful companions, Norn and Ker.

While in Grandma's lab I borrow some tools... Mom said this must have been a time shift, Granny Bulma has a hand held device that can detected when time shifts have occurred...

Not sure what else it can do.... I scan BW's apartment and found 2 time shifts...

One time shift in the beginning which was big enough to let several people entered and a smaller one right about the time I saw the cloaked man...

So TX was coming back in time but something came with her and caused the time shift to become disable and show up here...

The Man of course.. I went to S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ.... An Agent bumped into me, "What are you doing her little girl..."

"I am Justice Briefs... My Dad is Agent Briefs.. He told me to wait for him in his office... He is taking me to ... to.... TO my Dance recital ." I smile innocently

"Aw how sweet.. Well his office is right there." The Agent pointed...

No one was inside so I accessed his computer.... Oh man ...


"Let me!" Ker said, "I have gotten good with these machines."

"Gurgle guuuuur gurgle." Norn fussed

but Ker did it and we were inside... TX was seen recently at Crime Alley and look the bar tender Buzz is one of Dad's informants emailed him about a mysterious cloaked magic user. I bet it's him...

So we went to Crime Alley... sure enough a time shift..... Right at the bar...
"Justice Why do I have the feeling we aren't suppose to be here?" Ker asked
"gur gur gulp." Norn shook
"That's right Norn because we are not suppose to be.." I said then turn to see , "oh no those are Corru Bounty hunter's."
"gur bur gur gub gub" Norn dove into my arms

"They don't look like Corru " Ker interpreted for Norn
"no but the uniforms are Corru, I am sure of it." Norn was so afraid he was gripping Granny Bulma's device, "Norn stop it you are going to ......"

A LARGE FLASH HAPPENS...


I am sitting cross legged looking around... I am not home. It looks like I am at Natasha Romanova's house... I think....

I see mom she looks dazed and overwhelmed as she looks around....

I see others sitting around... Pantha, Warbird, Maggie... er I mean Amber, Ana and Danny

My brother is standing in a corner and looks confused... Then we hear a vocal sound... As I turn I see mom jump up... It is....

What is she doing here, but what are we doing here..... Mom Black Widow and the others move toward TX , "What have you done? What is going on!"

TX seems confused babbling about a gap in her memory files... She crashed through a window and leaves quickly....

"She seems as confused as us." Warbird states..
"What , I mean why?" HS is stuttering...

"It looks like we are having some sort of party but why?" Amber says

"Mom the last thing I remember was from Feb 2007" I sigh

"Yeah that is about where my memory... I vaguely remember a flash.." Mom says

Ana shakes her head... "Does anyone remember anything that happened the last 6 months?"

It seems no one remembers... Someone has tampered with our memories...
Carol and Natasha has gone to S.H.I.E.L.D.

"My baby?" Carol try to think, "Am I still with Tony?"
"Logan? is he and I still together?" Ana jumped as Carol glared at her...
Tasha says, "How do I ask what has happened with Nick and me for the last 6 months without him getting upset..."

All of a sudden everyone was worried about things like this...
HS was wondering about him and Laura
Pantha about her and Brolly
Amber wasnt sure if she was still with Henchy

the biggest shock was Mom... Wondering if her and Dad was still married....

I have to admit I was wondering about me and Bart... At least it looks as if I haven't had a single growth spurt .....


While everyone one was trying to figure things out I saw.. someone else.... a shadow... a shadow of a man.... The cloak figure seem to vanish as if by magic....


Okay this is just too weird....
